By keeping our call centers in America we continue to support the economy and give back to the community, and we provide better customer service to our customers.
For 10 years we developed, built and managed our own networks, and we passed the saving to the end user.
In 1999 the founders of JoiPhone started Hawk Communications. Hawk Communications was initially an ISP (Internet Service Provider) selling Unlimited Internet dial-up service to American families for $7.77 per month. At the time the national price for Dial-up Internet was more then $20 per month.
Hawk Communications was one of the first national ISP to be below $10, while still providing premium tech support, and quality service. Because of Joi loyal customers within few years Joi Internet had hundreds of thousands of JOIFUL customers.
In 2006 Hawk Communications launched JoiPhone with similar goal in mind, to bring JOY to American families by saving them money, while providing quality service and premium technical support.
In 2009 Hawk Communications re-launched Joi Internet. Customers around the USA can now get best value for all their Internet and telephone service.
