I love JoiPhone service!!!!
In fact we use it like crazy, never drops, and the sound quality is great.
We are using it more than our Cell phones, which does seem to have connection and sound issues!

It seemed to keep getting higher & crappier so I made the switch about 6 mo ago to JoiPhone. All I can say is WOW.
I also wanted to say they have the best customer service I have seen yet! To give you an idea I did have a small problem with calls connecting on out bound calls so I emailed them It was late Saturday evening. I did not expect to hear from them until Monday. Wow & behold I get a call Mid day Sunday They tell me what to do to resolve the trouble I had it work & to boot It was a Holiday & a Sunday!

Also anytime I have ever called them with a question I'm not shuffled around & I don't spend 30 minutes punching buttons and cussing a computer a real person is on the other end!

In my research of this company, I found a few (small number) of critical persons grumbling about the Joiphone service. I have decided those few critical persons simply don't know what they were talking about.

I can confirm that their service is great. Fantastic customer support. Great voice quality.

Joiphone all the way. I used vonage and sunrocket earlier, but joiphone is atleast 500% times better in everything they do.

I am getting rid of my vonage. Its horrible. I spend over $ 80 per month to make calls to pakistan.

Initially i thought the same like someone mentioned, I would use calling cards or vonage service and will save money. Forget that man. I tend to overspend on what i originally thought. I need to make calls to my fiance then i call my parents, friends sometimes. Now with joiphone i dont have to worry. You send me a great Gift.

Customer service although a little slow and somehow convoluted as to how problems/tickets are routed, is still pretty good as it gets the job done. All tech's speak perfect English, are knowledgeable and will not sugarcoat any issues. You will get a straight up answer or a follow up (eventually) if the problem can’t be solved over the phone. I especially like the Eastern US attitude of the tech's – straight, to the point and no bull! My kinda’ people!

I give them a 4 ½ stars out of 5. Much like with everything else nowadays, you need a little patience, understanding … and a good, solid connection to the Internet

Not only do they offer great prices and excellent quality, their Tech Support is unmatched. It was such a pleasure to work with JoiPhone agents because they were friendly, knowledgeable and overall a true credit to their organization. We all know what a nightmare Tech Support can be with the outsourcing overseas to Tech's that can barely speak English and can only afford “canned” responses. These guys at JoiPhone were the best I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I sure hope they get the recognition they deserve from their Managers.
