Existing JoiPhone customer can easily add Joi Internet DSL service for just $25.95/mo. Once signed up, JoiPhone will rush a free DSL modem to the customer's home. This DSL modem is pre configured to work with the customer's existing Joi Internet adapter.

JoiPhone Adds JoiFax to Its Digital Phone Service |
Got Fax? JoiPhone, the best-value digital phone service provider, has launched its all-new JoiFax service--and best of all, it is included with JoiPhone’s digital phone service.
Unlike with other fax providers, JoiFax enables customers to send faxes over the JoiPhone network at no additional monthly cost. Customers simply use the service on a per-need basis and pay just two cents per minute of usage with any JoiPhone line. JoiFax incoming service is free over an existing JoiPhone line, but might require porting the number to our JoiFax incoming network, or change of number.
Fax over VoIP service has long been a challenge for VoIP companies, but JoiPhone has solved that challenge throughout their entire network. JoiPhone customers simply dial the prefix FAX (329) before the number, and the faxes will send quickly and reliably.

JoiPhone Upgrade the User Interface |
JoiPhone User Interface always been feature rich, but one major feedback given by JoiPhone customers "The User Interface is too cumbersome". JoiPhone simplified the interface. Customers can now login to their account from JoiPhone web site and see all important information on one screen. On one screen customers can see if they have voicemail, see recent calls and charges, current balance, and setup call forwarding. Caller-ID block bug fixed |
Some JoiPhone customers reported issues using *67 to block Caller-ID. JoiPhone enabled a work around solution. Simply dial 067 before 1+10 digit number to block your Caller-ID. |
