Once we receive your device information, a password will be sent to you via United States Postal Service (USPS) along with instructions on how to activate your device and your account. After receiving our welcome letter all questions must be sent to support@JoiPhone.com. 4. When you receive your password and instructions you will need to do the below instructions. A.
