When you signup to any of our Yearly plans, we will credit your Joi Phone account $30, we will charge your credit card $30 activation fee and then apply this fee to your JoiPhone account as credit for future use (411 calling, International calling or any upgrade you will wish to add later such as dedicated voice mail line, fax line, additional phone line, virtual number or will be applied to your next renewal fee (what ever comes first) This credit can’t be “cashed out” if the account is being canceled for any reason.
